At NCREAMS LTD we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from NCREAMS LTD, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping

1.1 Dropshipping Model
All products sold on Futuride store are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Futuride does not hold stock. Shipping times and logistics are managed by the supplier, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

1.2 Shipping Regions
We ship to the UK and EU countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local chargesthat may apply.

1.3 Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days and can also take up to 45 days sometimes, depending on location and logistics.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. NCREAMS LTD is not liable for shipping delays.

1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the tracking system.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 No Repair or Replacement Services
Futuride does not provide repair, replacement, or maintenance services for our dropshipped products.

2.2 Manufacturer Faults & Damages

  • If your product arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • NCREAMS LTD will coordinate with the supplier to determine the best resolution, which may include:

    • Partial refund

    • Exchange

    • Supplier-provided warranty instructions

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for returns.

  • Buyers are responsible for all future repairs, maintenance, and operational issues.

2.4 DIY Repairs & Assistance

  • For minor issues or setup guidance, buyers are encouraged to:

    • Consult the included user manual

    • Watch online tutorials (e.g., YouTube)

  • NCREAMS LTD is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from DIY repair attempts.

3. Liability

3.1 Shipping Risks

  • NCREAMS LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to courier errors, customs clearance, or buyer-provided incorrect addresses.

3.2 Legal Compliance

  • Buyers must ensure their electric bike or scooter complies with local laws and regulations in the UK and EU.

  • NCREAMS LTD is not liable for fines, accidents, or legal consequences arising from non-compliance.

4. Final Sale & Agreement

  • You are aware this is a dropshipping purchase.

  • You accept full responsibility for repairs, maintenance, and safe use.

  • Futuride cannot provide repair services or replacements beyond what the supplier offers.

  • All sales are final, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
